What we collect

When you sign in with Google, Google sends us your name, your email address, a link to your profile picture, and an identifier for your account. We store what it sends. The site itself only ever displays your first name.

Signing in also creates a member number for you. It is yours from that moment, it does not change, and it is never given to anyone else.

If you become a member by using another member's key, we record which member's key it was. That is the whole point of the key — somebody vouched for you, and the club keeps track of who.

You are given a key of your own to pass on. We store it, and we store the fact and time of any key you retire.

Anything you add to your garage: the year, make, model and body shape you type in. Nothing is imported from anywhere and there are no photographs.

Your membership status and a dated record of when it changed, so that “when did that happen?” has an answer.

What is public

The list of members on the front page is public on purpose. Anyone, signed in or not, can see: your first name, your member number, and the make and model of what you keep in your garage.

A last initial is shown only when two members share a first name.

That is the entire public list. Your surname, your email address, your profile picture, the year of your car, your membership status, who vouched for you and every internal identifier are not published, and are not reachable through the public interface at all — the site publishes them through two database views that contain only the columns named above.

What we don't do

There is no analytics script on this site. No tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, no third-party scripts watching what you do.

We do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or hand it to anyone for their own purposes.

We do not send marketing email. The only email you should ever get about this site is from Google, telling you that you signed in.

The Facebook group is a separate thing that we link to. It is not connected to your account here, and nothing crosses between them.

Cookies

One kind: the cookies that keep you signed in. They are set when you sign in, refreshed while you use the site, and cleared when you sign out. Without them you would have to sign in on every page.

There are no other cookies. Nothing here is used for advertising or to follow you elsewhere.

Who else can see it

Three companies handle this data because they run the machinery:

Google, for sign-in only. They know you signed in to an app called Citrus Motoring. They do not receive anything you enter here.

Supabase, which is the database and the accounts system. The data lives on servers in the eastern United States.

Vercel, which serves the website, in the same region. Like any web host, they keep ordinary request logs.

Nobody else. Members can see the public list, and admins can see membership records in order to run the club.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a member, and afterwards. If your membership lapses, your record and your garage stay put — so that coming back restores what you had rather than starting you over.

Member numbers are never reissued, so a number that was yours is not given to somebody else later.

If you want it gone, say so and it will be deleted. That removes your account, your garage, your key and your membership record. Your number is retired rather than passed on.

What you can do

Everything the site holds about you is on your own garage page: your number, your garage, your key.

You can add or remove cars whenever you like, and the public list follows immediately.

You can retire your key and take a new one at any time, which stops the old one working for anybody you gave it to.

You can ask for your data, or ask for it to be deleted, using the address below.

Changes

If what the site collects changes, this page changes with it. The date at the top is when it last did.
