Somewhere to work on projects next to other people — engine builds, a brake job that's gone sideways, a go-kart for somebody's kid. Nobody polices what counts. Mostly it's just where everyone ends up.
We'd rather the project was the hard part. Enough lifts to go around, a car up overnight when the job runs long, and the kind of tools nobody wants to buy alone.
Ask a question in this building and you'll get three answers and someone walking over to look.
Clean floors, fast WiFi, and music that isn't coming out of a phone speaker. Upstairs, a mezzanine where half the conversations happen.

The club builds cars together — in the corner, over months, by committee, argued about constantly. They come out weirder and considerably better than anything one person would finish alone. Ask about the current one when you're in the building.
Walk a parking lot and count the colors. White, black, silver, gray — that's most of what gets built and sold now. We're after the other end of the spectrum. Most people want a brighter car and talk themselves out of it.
